  • Native Listings: Vehicles listed directly on SpeedishAuto by private sellers and dealers using our platform.
  • Partner Listings: Vehicle information sourced from third-party data providers and partner websites. These listings are clearly identified with an external link icon and will redirect users to the original listing source.

Important Disclaimers for Aggregated Listings:

  • SpeedishAuto does not verify the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party listings. Information including price, mileage, condition, and availability may be outdated or incorrect.
  • SpeedishAuto is not a party to any transaction involving third-party listings. All negotiations, payments, and vehicle transfers occur directly between the buyer and the original seller.
  • Clicking on a third-party listing will redirect you to an external website that is not owned or controlled by SpeedishAuto. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of third-party sites.
  • Third-party listings may be removed or become unavailable at any time without notice.

We encourage all users to verify vehicle details, conduct independent inspections, and perform due diligence before completing any vehicle purchase.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and complete information

5. Listing Guidelines

Users listing vehicles on SpeedishAuto agree to:

  • Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
  • Use automated systems to scrape or collect data without permission
  • Interfere with the proper operation of the Service
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users

7. Fees and Payments

Some features of SpeedishAuto may require payment of fees. All fees are described on our pricing page and are subject to change with notice. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPEEDISHAUTO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES ARISING FROM TRANSACTIONS WITH THIRD PARTIES OR INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE.
